Locals are very open minded and spontaneous - easy to meet girls. Lots of freelancers if you’re into that. There is a language barrier though - generally the English level among locals is quite low. And learning the local language is a huge time investment. Lots of great apartments for rent. It’s not as cheap anymore as it used to be though. 24/7 city - you can stay out the whole night ever day of the week. Food is great, but there’s a lot of sugar in many Thai dishes, so it’s not very healthy. And air pollution can be bad in January, February and March.

Overall, Bangkok is a pretty cool city. I enjoyed my time. It’s pretty easy to meet women on dating apps or going around talking to them on the street or the malls. I didn’t do much nightlife. I was really surprised by the quality of the apartments in some of the big buildings with the pools on top and coworker spaces. It’s a much more modern city than I expected. Internet speeds are super fast And everything is open like very late. It’s a mega city that’s like pretty cool but the biggest thing that got old was I just I’m not crazy. I guess about Asian girls in general and I think that Vietnamese girls look better and even like Japanese girls are Asian girls and the average Thai girl is just I would say ironically the average girl is like below average if that makes sense and you could date like a ton of , mid-level girls with total ease and you could have a very abundant rotation if you wanted to, however most guys are more experienced. They’re they’re gonna be a little bit too selective and picky and the top quality of hotties in Bangkok. It’s just actually a little bit lower than you’d want from a big city with this many amenities so it’s just not a good fit for me for a long-term, but on the other hand, I could live there at any time and still have a great lifestyle.
