I would stay in either Recoleta or Palermo. Your experience with local girl will definitely be better if you speak Spanish. I met super sweet & open minded girls as well as stuck up bitches - hit or miss.

Well, I know that I'm picky with the weather, and I am spoiled, spending the majority of my time the last 12 years in @Medellín@Colombia, where the weather is perfect year-round, with sun and the temperature range I like. I will just say that I know that I'm probably an outlier that the weather bothers me so much. If it's cloudy, if it's freezing cold, or if it's even sweater weather, I don't prefer that to sunny, nice weather.
Besides the weather of Buenos Aires, I rate it like 10 out of 10. If Buenos Aires had Medellín weather, it would be my absolute favorite city, and hands down I would just live there, but the weather impacts me so much that I unfortunately have to rate it lower because there's only a couple of months a year that I could go, and they're not continuous. I can't go to Buenos Aires for three months or six months and be happy with the weather. I have to go for like a month and a half or two months, and then the other half of the year, a month or two. It's inconvenient because of that for me.
The dating is fine. The volume of women is fine. The average attractiveness is very high, and there's near zero obesity, so that skews that the amount of attractive women is just much higher. They have a tougher shell to kind of crack, but once you actually get to know them and you develop a bond with them, they are a very good fit to date and socialize with. They're more intellectual, they're more intellectually stimulating than other countries in the region.

Pros: One of best daygame cities in LATAM for volume + avg hotness levels.. Despite Argentinian women not being most receptive.. Still can get great results due to unlimited volume · Very high walkability - adaily routine with plenty of things to do.. Cafes, restaurants, great steaks, gym, etc · Low-cost mega city — cheap in comparison to all the amenities, things to do, and volume of attractive women
Cons: Bad weather most of the year — It's either freezing cold, or scorching hot & humid, and usually cloudy & windy.. it's comfortable for me like mid-Nov to mid-Dec. · Low gringo value — It's not “easy” like most LATAM.. but overall fair reception. · Colder socially / Apathetic by LATAM standards — Argentinian culture is less outgoing socially (European genetics lol) compared to typical Latino outgoing/passionate social culture
