Probably best city in LatAm if your Spanish isn't good, but it wasn't nearly as easy I had heard it would be

Pros: daygame volume on main walking street · mediocre and unattractive girls seemed attainable · the foreign girls I approached were friendly

Cons: the attractive girls were mostly not receptive · gamed solo and it seemed a wingman was needed for the receptive group sets at night
